РЕАЛИЗАЦИЯ ПРОГРАММ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ КОМФОРТНОЙ ГОРОДСКОЙ СРЕДЫ КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ КАЧЕСТВА ЖИЗНИ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ

Abstract

In modern economic conditions, the creation of a comfortable urban environment for a person is one of the main directions of transition to an innovative socially oriented type of economic development. It is important for citizens how street lighting is provided, sidewalks, squares, parks, embankments, central streets, courtyards and much more are equipped. In this regard, it becomes important to study the structure of the urban environment and its impact on the quality of life of citizens. Modern cities act as "development centers", accumulating finance, innovative technologies, diverse infrastructure, the most educated and qualified personnel. Man and human capital are becoming the leading factors in the development of modern cities, and a comfortable urban environment is a necessary condition for ensuring the quality of life and attractiveness of the city. On the territory of the Saratov region, the state program of the Saratov region "Formation of a comfortable urban environment", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Saratov Region No. 822-P of October 2, 2020, has been formed and is being implemented. The main strategic direction of this program is to ensure the sustainable development of settlements, which involves the improvement of the urban environment by creating a modern and aesthetic living area with a developed infrastructure: modernization and development of the engineering infrastructure of the settlement, ensuring the safety of the population, the formation of a healthy habitat, reducing the risks of death and injury of citizens from unnatural causes, ensuring the accessibility of the urban environment for low-mobility groups of the population. In turn, the implementation of projects for the formation of a comfortable urban environment has a favorable effect on the index of the quality of the urban environment.
