Abstract

The article examines the ways and forms of legal refusal of the right to receive legal assistance in criminal proceedings, examines the factors affecting the process of implementation by participants of criminal procedural legal relations of the procedural right belonging to them. The criteria of validity of unilateral refusal of the right to legal aid are analyzed.
