Abstract

The relevance of the article is related to the liberal-bourgeois type democracy crisis. The inconsistency of the classical doctrine of democracy is analyzed. Restrictions on democratic rights in Western democracies are in-terpreted by scientists as a broad global democracy crisis. Under the cover of “democratic” procedures muta-tions towards anti-democratic forms of government are realized. The limited social effect of democracy in Western countries is emphasized. In this regard, the novelty of the article is presented by theoretical analysis of the actual social significance of the phenomenon of democracy not so much as a procedure, but as a finite function and social result. Managerial procedures and structures of democracy can be effective if they fulfill the main function of providing all the benefits of society and in the society’s interests on the basis of information feedback. Methodology of theoretical functional analysis of conditions and logic of democratic processes, their essence and functional features is used. It is concluded that “social result democracy” is connected with morali-ty, with a new type of society creation. New forms of democracy require new social relations and new people. The idea of future centralized managerial forms of “democracy for the people” with a developed social effect is proposed.
