دراسة اقتصادیة للتخطیط المکانی للتجارة الخارجیة الزراعیة المصریة فی أهم الأسواق الأوروبیة

Abstract

Interest in transport is an important issue that should be taken care of by economic decision makers because of its impact on the price distribution of products thus have an impact on the competitiveness of the commodity in the global market. This affects the competitiveness of the product in the foreign market, as ensuring the timely distribution of the commodity in the right place according to the strategy followed by the exporting companies leads to wide negative results. Therefore, the research is concerned with studying the costs of transport in foreign markets markets for which export is preferable to other markets, as well as the development of proposals for the establishment of new ports or open foreign markets in the outside world so, the problem of the study was researching the best ways in terms of distance, which in turn reflected on the cost of transport, through which the development of the foreign trade sector can be achieved through the transport model then, the study aimed at identifying the best ways of transport through which transport costs between Egypt European countries can be minimized, in addition to developing proposals to expand the establishment of ports between Egypt European countries or to expand the current capacity of Egyptian ports. Or proposing the creation of new markets or increasing the current capacity in the European market in a number of key parts. The first part dealt with a theoretical framework on maritime transport in Egyptian foreign trade European ports their distance in nautical miles, The second part dealt with the analysis of Egyptian European Agricultural exports their spatial planning, the third part dealt with the prediction of the transport map for 2020 in the light of the strategy of sustainable agricultural development, ultimately a mechanism for the development of foreign trade in the global market in the light of the transport sector. The study concluded the importance of the European market in accordance with the strategy in the future, the port capacity should be expanded, especially Alexandria Maritime Port, an increase of 748 thousand tons per year and Suez Maritime Port, an increase of 178 thousand tons per year. Egyptian imports in the world market. لخص یعد الاهتمام بموضوع النقل من الأمور الهامة التی یجب أن یهتم بها واضعی القرار الاقتصادی لما کان لها من تأثیر علی سعر وتوزیع المنتجات وبالتالی یکون لها تأثیر علی تنافسیة السلعة فی السوق العالمی مما یؤثر علی تنافسیة المنتج فی السوق الخارجی حیث أن ضمان توزیع السلعة بالتوقیت المناسب فی المکان المکناسب وفقا لإستراتجیة تتبعها الشرکات المصدرة یؤدی ذلک إلی نتائج سلبیة واسعة النطاق ، لذا أهتم البحث بدراسة تکالیف النقل فی الأسواق الخارجیة و الأسواق التى یفضل التصدیر لها عن الأسواق الأخری ، وکذلک وضع مقترحات لإنشاء موانئ جدیدة أو فتح أسواق خارجیة فی العالم الخارجی ، لذا کانت مشکلة الدراسة البحث فی أفضل الطرق من حیث المسافة والتی تنعکس بدورها علی تکلفة النقل والتی یمکن من خلالها تنمیة قطاع التجارة الخارجیة من خلال نموذج النقل ومن ثم استهدفت الدراسة تحدید أفضل طرق النقل التی یمکن من خلالها تدنیة تکالیف النقل بین مصروالدول الأوروبیة بالإضافة إلی وضع مقترحات للتوسع فى إنشاء موانئ بین مصر والدول الأوروبیة أو التوسع فی الطاقة الاستعابیة الحالیة للموانئ المصریة ، أو اقتراح خلق أسواق جدیدة أو زیادة الطاقة الاستعابیة الحالیة فی السوق الأوروبیة وذلک فی عدد من الأجزاء الرئیسیة بنی علیها ، تناول الأول إطار نظری عن عملیة النقل البحری فی التجارة الخارجیة المصریة و الموانئ الأوروبیة والمسافة بینهما بالمیل بحری ، وتناول الجزء الثانی تحلیل الصادرات الزراعیة المصریة الأوروبیة والتخطیط المکانی لها ، الجزء الثالث تناول التنبؤ بخریطة النقل لعام 2020 وذلک فى ضوء إستراتیجیة التنمیة الزراعیة المستدامة ، وفی النهایة آلیة لتنمیة التجارة الخارجیة فی السوق العالمی فی ضوء قطاع النقل ، وقد توصلت الدراسة لأهمیة السوق الأوربی وفقا لإستراتجیة 2030 فی المستقبل فیجب أن یتم توسیع طاقة الموانئ وخصوصا میناء الأسکندریة البحرى ، بزیادة قدرها 748 ألف طن سنویا ومیناء السویس البحری بزیادة قدرها ،178 ألف طن سنویا ، کما ثبتت أهمیة السوق الإیطالی بالنسبة للواردات المصریة فی السوق العالمی .
