Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the organization of monitoring and control over the implementation of state development programs in the service sector. Attention is focused on the fact that the use of monitoring and control mechanisms for the implementation of a set of state development programs is a complex process that requires the involvement of a large number of participants aimed at obtaining results. The study identifies approaches to analyzing the results of government programs in the service sector: regulatory, market (marketing), comprehensive, operational and comprehensive. The basic principles of monitoring the implementation of state development programs in the service sector and the main provisions of the organization of processes, centers of responsibility for monitoring and control are outlined. An organizational model for monitoring and controlling the implementation of state programs in the service sector has been developed, the logical structure of which allowed us to simulate a step-by-step monitoring and control process with the possibility of feedback between elements and operational correction of the process itself, depending on the results obtained. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were formed aimed at improving the effectiveness of monitoring and control over the implementation of state development programs in the service sector.
