Abstract

[Purpose] This study aims to examine the structural relationship between educational service satisfaction, participation motivation, academic efficacy, and career decision level for adult learners in the Chinese degree acquisition process. [Method] In order to achieve this purpose, the relationship between educational service satisfaction, participation motivation, academic efficacy, and career decision level was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21 programs. [Results] First, the main research results showed that the educational service satisfaction recognized by adult learners in the Chinese degree acquisition process had a significant effect on participation motivation, academic efficacy, and career decision level. Second, it was found that participation motivation and academic efficacy had a mediating effect on the relationship between educational service satisfaction and career decision level recognized by adult learners in the Chinese degree acquisition process. [Conclusion] In order to recognize academic efficacy based on these points, it is necessary to create an educational atmosphere that can increase confidence by accurately identifying learners' competencies and using learners' experiences in the learning process.
