Abstract

The article presents the result of treatment of 76 patients with infectious complications after arthroplasty of large joints. In the treatment, a two-stage version of revision arthroplasty was used, where a bone cement spacer made intraoperatively was installed as an intermediate stage. All patients underwent an analysis of the immunological status. According to the analysis of the data, the main directions of immunocorrection were identified, thanks to which it was possible to improve the results of treatment.
