Abstract

This article examines the impact of the 2020 pandemic on the use of distance learning technologies in educational institutions, emphasizing the need to develop and analyze digitalization in the educational field. Special attention is paid to the opinions of students with special educational needs regarding distance learning methods, their interaction with teachers and the problems they face. The article aims to identify the key pedagogical conditions for effective distance learning, based on the subjective feedback of students. Based on the survey data, the authors emphasize the importance of the theoretical and methodological basis for the development of digital education and emphasize the need for a critical review of its components for the formation of competencies and professional growth of students.
