Abstract

The article gives an assessment of the formation of the components of motivational competence (physiological and psychological) of senior students of general educational institutions and bachelors of a university, athletes and non-athletes, within the framework of increasing physical education. The leading motives of the groups of subjects for health, health protection and physical culture are singled out. The levels of motivational competence are characterized. The percentage increase in changes in motivational competence as a result of the implementation of the sports and educational platform among the subjects of the experimental group was revealed.
