Лингвокоммуникативная подготовка сотрудников полиции в системе дополнительного профессионального образования: опыт и перспективы

Abstract

The paper justifies the necessity to improve police officers’ linguo-communicative training in the system of additional professional education. The author shows that linguo-communicative training is an essential component of police officers’ professional training. Scientific originality of the study involves justifying the necessity for a special course aimed to form police officers’ linguo-communicative competence. The research findings are as follows: relying on theoretical analysis and practical experience, the author substantiates importance of police officers’ linguo-communicative training that promotes development of their personal and social potential and ensures their full-fledged participation in professionally oriented interpersonal and intercultural communication.
