ОБ АКТУАЛЬНЫХ ВОПРОСАХ РАЗВИТИЯ НАЦИОНАЛЬНОГО ХОЗЯЙСТВЕННОГО КОМПЛЕКСА В КОНТЕКСТЕ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ МИРОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ

Abstract

At present, taking into account the processes taking place in the world of forming the foundations of a new technological order, increasing competition between countries for resources, a certain transformation of economic relations is taking place. At the same time, one of the important issues affecting the direction of improving the structure of the national economy in recent years is the issue of ensuring the innovative development of the economy in the context of climate change. In Russia, a number of documents have been developed at the state level that provide for the creation of appropriate high-tech technological solutions and organizational infrastructure. The article uses the example of regulating greenhouse gas emissions, taking into account international plans in this area, to identify the opportunities of the Russian economy to ensure the accelerated development of the national economic system, including in terms of the use of natural resources, scientific and technological achievements in order to reduce the above-mentioned emissions, and improve production technologies. At the same time, a systematic methodology is used: theoretical approaches, methods and tools set out in the scientific developments of a number of domestic and foreign scientists. As a result, the priority tasks that can be solved within the framework of the implementation of the developed scientific and technical program in the field of environmental development of Russia and climate change are justified, which is of great scientific and practical importance for making management decisions aimed at improving the efficiency of the development of the domestic production complex.
