Abstract
The authors turn to the consideration of problematic issues in the development of regional hospitality systems using the exam-ple of the Baikal region, as a territory that is of strategic importance not only for neighboring regions, but also for Russia as a whole. At the moment, the extremely press-ing issue of preserving natural resources and simultaneous development of in-frastructure in the Baikal region is being ac-tively discussed in periodicals. The purpose of this article is to analyze potential integrated solutions to improve the environmental and social efficiency of the implemented infrastructure while maintaining the economic feasibility of developing regional hospitality systems.
