Abstract

The article highlights the necessity of researches in the field of theory and methodology of developing the effectively oriented labor relations of employees. A methodical approach to assessing the level of development of effective-oriented labor relations of the subjects of production organizations is presented, which includes four structural elements: organizational culture values and value attitudes; professional and personal qualities of subjects; correlation of interests and consistency of interaction between employees; institutional support for the process of improvement, development of the organization and the achieved level of development of relations. On the basis of structural and functional analysis, the elements and characteristics of the development of labor relations regarding the increase in the efficiency of the organization’s activities are substantiated. Substantiated and developed a scale for assessing the level of development of effective-oriented relations using observation methods, surveys of owners, managers, employees, as well as the study of management documentation. Calculations of performance indicators and performance efficiency were carried out, the results of questionnaires, observations, interviews of specialists, workers and heads of departments of industrial and construction organizations of the Sverdlovsk, Tyumen and Chelyabinsk regions (production company Iceberg Filter, production association Mayak, engineering company Wagner) were analyzed. Using the proposed approach, the empirical study was carried out, as a result of which the direct dependence of personnel performance indicators on the level of development of effective-oriented relations was theoretically substantiated and confirmed.
