Abstract

. On the railroads of Ukraine revealed studying of elements of a turn of the freight car that transport industry necessary introductions of integrated approaches with improvement of technology of interaction of the main transport with railway transport of uncommon use (RTUU) and rationalization intrasystem interactions of the RTUU elements on the basis of the logistic principles. In work it is proved that RTUU represent difficult dynamic industrially commercial complexes and also it is defined that characteristics of elements of such systems are the mobility of locomotives, cars, teams of observers and tightly bind to certain geographic locations of other items, such as cargo and sorting stations or other devices. Having constructed the oriented graph of the carriages flow in the RTUU system - communications were formalized and dependence on the performance of a large number of adjacent subsystems (shippers, consignees, and transport links) was demonstrated. And therefore it is proved that RTUU are peculiar characteristics of a logistics system and it is desirable to consider it as a complex logistics system for further improvement of indicators of efficiency of its functioning. It was formalized functioning of the RTUU system in the form of mathematical model that allowing to study and investigate the properties of a system causing its ability to self-preservation (flexibility and adaptability). This model represents an optimizing task where criterion function is the integrated criterion of quality of management of mobile elements of a system that is shown in the form of a scalar product of operational indicators of the RTUU system for a certain period of time. This system of restrictions considers technical, technological and standard conditions. Therefore it is decided that improvement of quality of management on the basis of the created models needs in formations of a uniform management information system on structure of the distributed systems of support of decision-making of operation personnel.
