Abstract
The adaptation of the population to changes in environmental conditions leads to the formation of various models of population behavior, which can affect the development of both regions and households in different ways. The scientific significance of the study is due to the need to develop a methodology for assessing the adaptation of the population of the region in the context of the transition to dynamic development. The purpose of this study is to review the methods for assessing the adaptation of the population of the region in the context of the transition to dynamic development. The object of the research is the population, and the subject of the research is the methodological support for assessing the adaptation of the population of the region in the context of the transition to dynamic development. The information base of the research was scientific publications concerning methodological tools for assessing the adaptation of the population from the point of view of analyzing consciousness from the standpoint of cultural values, social well-being and safety of life; analysis of economic, demographic, labor, natural-ecological and information processes; analysis of financial, savings and consumer behavior; analysis of educational, professional, informational, social and cultural capital. The research used methods of grouping, comparative analytical and system analysis, as well as graphic modeling. The results of the study indicate that the process of assessing the adaptation of the population is multifaceted, not only in terms of the choice of the object of assessment, but also the need to take into account regional characteristics. The existing methodological assessment toolkit does not take into account the complex nature of adaptation of the population, but also regional characteristics, which necessitates additional scientific research. Based on the analysis of methods and approaches to assessing the adaptation of the population, it was concluded that there is a need for a comprehensive analysis of the adaptation of the population of the region in the context of the transition to dynamic development in the context of regions in general and households in particular. This problem necessitates the development of appropriate methodological tools for assessing the adaptation of the population of the region in the context of the transition to dynamic development.
