Abstract
Objective : This study seeks to identify and study the impact of physical environmental factors of Window Bakery Cafe on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Methods : The study was conducted using a total of 307 questionnaires. It also used the SPSS 25.0 statistical program to verify the hypothesis. Results : Among the physical environmental factors of the Window Bakery Cafe, aesthetics was found to have the highest influence, and customer satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on revisit intention. Implications : This study holds academic significance for providing theoretical data by conducting research on window bakery cafes in the metropolitan area, rather than franchise bakery cafes, in accordance with the bakery trend where competition is intensifying.
