Abstract

The search for the most effective management approaches is due not only to the desire of enterprises for competitive advantage, but also to the fulfillment of the requirements set out in the new version of the GOST R ISO 9001-2015 standard, which focuses on continuous improvement, meeting customer requirements and increasing their satisfaction. This should be reflected in improving the quality of products and services, taking into account future needs and expectations, correcting, preventing or reducing the impact of undesirable influences, improving the results of activities and the effectiveness of the QMS. The article is devoted to the study of the essence of the process approach, as well as the search for tools for continuous improvement of the processes of the organization’s quality management system.
