Abstract
The key applied aspect of the general technology of economic and mathematical modeling of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation as a spatial economic system in the form of a two-dimensional network rating based on the proposed locally linear scheme of nonlinear typological analysis for two developed systems of indicators of «overall scale» and «structural significance» is considered. The administrative-territorial context of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation regions of the Far North and areas equated to them is considered as the information base of the study. The developed approach of nonlinear typologization of the temporal states of the considered regional objects is presented in the format of a mapping system of formed local (network) spaces.
