Abstract

The formation of a personnel reserve is an important guarantee of staffing local government bodies with qualified personnel. However, at present there are a number of specific problems in this direction, noted by representatives of the scientific and expert communities. The article is devoted to identifying and analyzing current problems in the formation of a personnel reserve for municipal services, and searching for possible ways to resolve them. Particular emphasis is placed on such an area as attracting young specialists.
