Abstract

The article proposes a methodical approach to justifying the requirements for the logistics system of the operational grouping of troops, which should include the following stages: – the formation of a motorcade of functions (appointments) of the logistics system (including the shape of the motorcade, i.e. the sequences in it), in accordance with external factors affecting the functioning (military actions) of the military administration. An expert survey should be considered one of the most appropriate ways to do this procedure. The results of the survey calculate the value of the concordation factor. If the concordation ratio is low, the composition of the experts either changes or the task is clarified; – formation of a set of parameters that characterize each of the functions in the relevant conditions of the operation (hostilities) of the military administration body. Operations at this stage are also carried out using the survey, in a sequence similar to the first stage; – determination of the limit values of each of the parameters that characterize each of the functions in the appropriate conditions of the operation of the military administration body; – assessment of compliance of certain requirements to the logistics support system (i.e. potential capability of the system) to the real needs of troops (forces) of the military management body; – military-economic analysis of the implementation of measures to achieve certain requirements of the logistics system of the military administration body. This approach allows minimizing subjectivism when justifying requirements and thereby increasing the objectivity of their values. The prospects for further research can be considered the justification of requirements for the system of logistical support of the tactical link of troops. Keywords: logistics support, operational grouping of troops, logistics means, military management body.
