Abstract
The article is focused on the improving the conceptual basis of management logistics system with a territorially-distributed management structure (TDMS), by applying the logistics main provisions. The article proposes to consider the system of logistical support of TDMS should be through the use of basic provisions of logistics, which synthesize methods and principles of various spheres of activity — marketing, production, finance, freight. This approach will allow for a close relationship between production, logistics, transport and the transfer of information on the movement of goods into a single system. The nature of interaction of logistic management with other types of functional management is analyzed in the paper, which ensures the achievement of significant end results of the system of logistical support of the TDMS. The main idea is to present the TDMS as a logistical system with complex of economic flows based on special logistics concepts and economic and mathematical methods. Modern methods and models of business transport services were analyzed and proposed the complex of management system models of TDMS material and technical support, which includes three blocks: the formation block of factors and the most significant indicators system; the analysis block of material support on the basis of management methods of logistical processes system; the formation block of the optimal logistics system. The relationship of the basic functions of managing the logistical support of the economic entity with the territorially distributed management structure is presented. The results of the study allow to make changes to existing models by taking into account the complex requirements of the system of logistical support for servicing in the formation of transport service costs. Developed models complex will allow business entities of any branch and management structure to improve the quality of optimizing logistics managerial decisions.
