Abstract

Objectives The purpose of this study was to study and verify the effects of ego resilience and internal motivation on the achievement goal orientation in elderly learner-leader behavior consistent in elderly beginer tennis activities.
 Methods To obtain the results, a survey was conducted on the Magic Tennis Group in the Senior Classroom of the Korea Tennis Association and Ichon, Ttukseom beginer Tennis Group and conducted factor analysis, frequency and percentage, and reliability analysis (Cronbach's α) using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 5.0 statistical programs to analyze the results.
 Results First, ego resilience has shown significant consequences for elderly learner-leader behavior consistent. Second, internal motivation showed significant results in elderly learner-leader behavior consistent. Third, the elderly learner-leader behavior consistent showed significant results in achievement goal orientation.
 Conclusions Although this study suggested the effect of ego resilience and inner motivation on achievement goal orientation objectives in combination with elderly learner-leader behavior consistent, there was a limit to the outcome as a limited variable called the senior beginner tennis group when identifying achievement goal orientation objectives. Based on the results of this paper, it is believed that various psychological skills development should be studied as a group of various at sports sites.
