Abstract

It has been determined that training in the education system in the new economic conditions of a modern person, who, if he has the appropriate competencies, will have personal and professional qualities that ensure the ability to solve problems in all types of his activities (from professional to personal everyday life) and be responsible for their solution, is priority for the education system. For a general presentation of the possibilities for the practical implementation of the competency-based approach in the formation of secondary vocational education in conditions of integration, the main features and content of general competencies are determined. An assessment of the results of scientific research points to the fact that the need for professional personnel and their timely training is a fairly fundamental issue that is a priority in the formation of the educational development strategy of the Donetsk People’s Republic. All issues of organizing the process of training specialists for all interested sectors of business by educational organizations of secondary vocational education are always resolved in accordance with the principles of the competency-based approach to training future specialists and the regulatory framework for organizing the educational process in the education system, which were transformed at each stage of integration of the education system of the Donetsk People’s Republic Republic.
