الذکاء الخلقی وبعض المهارات القیادیة لدى شیوخ المعاهد الأزهریة دراسة تنبؤیة فارقة. Moral Intelligence and Some Leadership Skills among Administrators of Al Azhar Institutes A Predictive and Differential Study.

Abstract

حاول البحث الکشف عن العلاقة بين الذکاء الخلقي وبعض المهارات القيادية، ومدى إمکانية التنبؤ ببعض المهارات القيادية من خلال معلومية أبعاد الذکاء الخلقي ودرجته الکلية، بالإضافة إلى الکشف عن الفروق في کل من الذکاء الخلقي وبعض المهارات القيادية وفقا لمتغيري النوع والخبرة. وذلک لدى عينة قوامها 208 من شيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية. وتوصل الباحث من خلال الدراسة الاستطلاعية التي قام إلى أن هناک ثلاث مهارات قيادية تعد الأکثر أهمية لدى شيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية، وهي: مهارة الاتصال، ومهارة اتخاذ القرار، ومهارة إدارة الصراع. وتم استخدام مقياس للذکاء الخلقي وآخر لتلک لمهارات القيادية الثلاثة، وکلاهما من إعداد الباحث. وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة موجبة بين الذکاء الخلقي (الأبعاد والدرجة الکلية) والمهارات القيادية (مهارة الاتصال، ومهارة اتخاذ القرار، ومهارة إدارة الصراع، والدرجة الکلية). بالإضافة إلى إمکانية التنبؤ بمهارة الاتصال من خلال معلومية بعدي الاحترام والعدل، وکذلک إمکانية التنبؤ بمهارة اتخاذ القرار من خلال معلومية بعدي الاحترام وضبط الذات، کما أنه يمکن التنبؤ بمهارة إدارة الصراع من خلال معلومية بعد التسامح، کذلک يمکن التنبؤ بالدرجة الکلية للمهارات القيادية من خلال معلومية بعد الاحترام. کما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة في کل من الذکاء الخلقي وبعض المهارات القيادية وفقا لمتغير النوع لصالح الذکور، ووفقا لمتغير الخبرة لصالح القدامى. کما وجد تفاعل دال إحصائيا بين متغيري النوع والخبرة في کل من الذکاء الخلقي والمهارات القيادية. The research investigates the relationship between moral intelligence and some leadership skills as well as predictability of some leadership skills through moral intelligence dimensions and its overall degree. Additionally, it investigates differences in both moral intelligence and some leadership skills related to gender and experience. Participants of the research are 208 Al Azhar institutes administrators. Pilot study shows that there are three leadership skills which are of a great importance for the participants: communication, decision making and conflict management skills. Leadership skills inventory and moral intelligence scale covering the aforementioned three skills, done by the researcher, are used. Results show a positive correlation between dimensions and total scores of moral intelligence and leadership skills (communication, decision making, conflict management skills and total score). In addition communication skills can be predicted by respect and justice dimensions. Decision making skill can also be predicted by respect and self-discipline. Conflict management skill can also be predicted by forgiveness. Total score of leadership skills can also be predicted by respect dimension. Also, study results shows significant differences in both moral intelligence and leadership skills related to gender in favor of males and experience in favor of older ones. There is also a statistically significant interaction between gender and experience variables in both moral intelligence and leadership skills.
