Abstract

The present study examined the relationship between moral intelligence and team leadership in ACECR in University of Tehran staffs. The method was descriptive and the research design was correlation. The statistical community were the staffs of Tehran University jihad which included 4000 that, a sample of 350 was selected by using Cochran's sampling formula and stratified sampling method with proportional allocation. For data collection ,moral Intelligence Questionnaire with reliability (0/87 = α) and team leadership questionnaire with reliability of (0/94 = α) were used. The results of single-sample t showed that that the status of moral intelligence and team leadership have been above average. Moral intelligence components were all above average. The Components of interest ,attention , self-control and the recognition of others' talent have had the same status, but the mean of self-control with value test (3) hasn’t have significant difference. Correlation analysis also revealed, that moral intelligence and team leadership (0/36 =r) together, have a significant positive relationship. The findings show the importance of self-giving to others as a component of moral intelligence with the value of the correlation coefficient ((0/39 =r), has the highest correlation with the team leadership).
