Становление и развитие системы дошкольного воспитания в национальных республиках Восточной Сибири в 1920-е годы
Highlights
The article presents the results of a study of the implementation of social policy of the Soviet state in the first decade of the Soviet power, conducted on the materials of central and regional archives
We concluded that in the first half of the 1920s in Yakutia, the Buryat-Mongolian Republic, and Khakassia, children of preschool age were only partially covered by established institutions, which was associated with the everyday, cultural, religious and economic characteristics of their parents’ lives, as well as the established tradition of raising children in a multi-generation family
It is shown that the process of developing the needs of the population of the national republics in the upbringing of the younger generation in state pre-school institutions proceeded gradually, with the help of professionally trained personnel; children’s institutions were mostly attended by children from Russian families

Изучение политики государства в советское время было возможно только с позитивных позиций, а в настоящий период появилась возможность непредвзятого исследования таких вопросов, как реализация государственной политики в отношении материнства и детства на территории страны в целом и в её отдельных частях, в частности. На его базе была рассмотрена история формирования и развития государственной политики в отношении охраны материнства и детства в целом и такого узкого аспекта, как становление дошкольного воспитания в национальных ре-. Системы дошкольного воспитания было началом реализации общегосударственной социальной политики в отношении женщин и детей и одним из проявлений формирования института охраны материнства и детства. В Хакасии дошкольные учреждения появились гораздо позже, чем в других районах Восточной Сибири: летние ясли там были открыты в 1925 г., что было связано с сельскохозяйственной направленностью региона, а круглогодичные – в 1929 г.
