Abstract

The review of the bibliographic reference clarifies its meaning and indicates a number of problems that can be solved by studying it: insufficient systematization of information about scientific and practical conferences held in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, published monographs and other aspects of joint scientific interaction; the complexity of their generalization, etc. It is concluded that the bibliographic reference book has relevance, novelty and significance for researchers, graduate students and adjuncts involved in criminal and penal enforcement law, as well as criminology, and can be recommended for publication.
