Abstract

In this article, the authors analyzes the legislation of the Russian Federation on the temporary possession and use of state-owned hydraulic structures located in the seaport. The features of establishing the market value of port hydraulic structures and the market rent for them are described. The main problems and features of determining a reasonable rent for the use of hydraulic structures of seaports are considered. In conclusion, the conclusions are drawn and suggests some ways to solve the identified problems.
