Abstract
The purpose of the study is to propose a direction for improving the conceptual foundations of qualitology in the higher education system. The article focuses on the necessity to develop the interaction of the labor market and education in order to improve the quality of education. The scientific novelty lies in the formation of a new direction in qualitology in the system of higher education, taking into account the relationship of the modern labor market and educational programs of the university. As a result, the necessity of improving the conceptual foundations of qualitology in the field of higher education, the need for the formation of communicative interaction between the labor market and training, taking into account the close correlation dependence, is revealed.
