Abstract
The article substantiates the need to implement a compliance control system at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. The features of its implementation in the conditions of digital transformation are considered. The key risks that can have a significant impact on the reliability of the formation of reporting data of enterprises of the considered sector of the economy are indicated. The main problems in the organization of the compliance control mechanism as an effective risk minimization management system are analyzed.
