Abstract

In the presented work, the issues of forming partnerships between industrial structures and universities are considered in order to form a system of employee training and reproduction of professional personnel with professional competencies that are most in demand in manufacturing companies. The article provides an overview of theoretical scientific ideas about the essence of the management process of the formation, dissemination and use of knowledge in the context of networking of academic and industrial structures, the impact of modern trends in economics and business on the creation of integrated learning systems, barriers and effects of such interaction. It is concluded that in the era of the knowledge society, universities are no longer exclusive providers of educational content, so partnerships between universities and industry are very important, as they help to develop appropriate mechanisms for the official recognition and evaluation of training and knowledge gained in the field of work, and critically assess the long-term consequences.
