Abstract

The article considers the market of oil products, the prices of which directly affect the cost of production of the strategically important pipe rolling industry, by years and regions. The geography of metallurgical enterprises location on the territory of the Russian Federation and regional zones are analyzed. Generalized indicators of the Russian steel pipe market are structured by key indicators and federal districts depending on average consumer energy prices in the domestic market. The geographical factor that most strongly influences the final cost of power supply to pipe rolling enterprises-consumers in price zones was identified.
