Механизмы и применение энергосберегающих технологий при управлении жизненным циклом объекта строительства – бюджетного учреждения

Abstract

This paper describes the main problems and proposals for their solution, used in managing the life cycle of a construction project - a budgetary institution for the purpose of energy saving. The mechanism for using energy service contracts for budgetary institutions is the most optimal due to the lack of funding for energy saving measures. In this case, the participation of local authorities is mandatory, which must select a suitable contract scheme, draw up methods for paying expenses and conditions for dividing the profit received from savings for the entire duration of the contract.
