Abstract
The article focuses on the objective side of crimes related to the involvement of minors in antisocial activities. The social danger of such crimes is associated with the possible formation of antisocial habits and inclinations in juvenile victims, which creates conditions for both denying generally accepted social rules and using destructive and harmful substances, which may lead to committing crimes in the future. Involvement includes only active actions through manipulating the mind of minors and arousing their desire to consume alcoholic beverages, alcohol-containing products, and intoxicating substances, or lead an antisocial lifestyle, including vagrancy and begging. Methods of involvement are determined in an open list in Article 151 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which necessities its clarifying and limiting.
