Abstract

The article discusses the issues of formation of intercultural competence of foreign students within the discipline "Business foreign language, business Russian". Special attention is paid to the general description of the content of this discipline from the point of view of the Russian as foreign language, material is offered for working with foreign undergraduates and the tasks of developing intercultural competence are described: improving the language level, getting an idea of Russian business life, familiarization with official business and scientific discourse. The main difficulties of working with foreign students are considered. Special attention is paid to the traditional model of teaching business communication, an introduction to the peculiarities of oral business discourse and the main features of Russian business life is offered. The article outlines the prospect of methodological work on the discipline "Business foreign language and business Russian".
