Abstract
The scientific article outlines the tasks, directions, and possible consequences of digital transformation. The author sees the problem in the lack of a legal definition of the concept of digital transformation. The approaches to this concept, reflected in the current regulatory legal acts, as well as in legal science, are analyzed. The author’s definitions of the terms digital transformation, public management of digital transformation, public management of digital transformation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are proposed.
