Abstract

Processing of agricultural raw materials is one of the key sectors of the economy of many countries, including Russia, providing the population with food. However, as in any other industry, the activities of processing enterprises are fraught with risks. These may be risks associated with changes in weather conditions, fluctuations in commodity prices or improper financial management. In order to effectively manage these risks, it is necessary to carry out systematic work to identify potential hazards and develop measures to minimize risk factors.
