Abstract

The article is dedicated to the experience of pilot projects of approbation of the Standard of “Teacher’s” professional activity (educational activities in the field of preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary education) (tutor, teacher)" in Khabarovsk Krai in terms of attestation and evaluation of the teacher’s qualification compliance with the Professional standard of the teacher. Possible variants of models of teacher attestation, approaches to the criteria of teacher evaluation in the process of attestation are analyzed; the model of “Attestation for the identification of qualification category (differentiated qualification level)” is described. Basing on the understanding of the Professional standard as a complex and multi-aspect mechanism, the authors come to conclusion about the necessity of changing the procedure of educators attestation (tutors and teachers), of creating a system of attestation that meets the challenges of time and is aimed at motivating teachers to continuous development.
