The geopolitical, economic and social uncertainties of the present time significantly strengthen the role of integrated quality management systems that simultaneously meet the requirements of several international and national standards in managing the activities of enterprises in the real sector of the economy. In turn, the effectiveness and sustainability of such systems is determined by the level of their provision with appropriate information systems and technologies. The authors defined the criteria for a comparative analysis of methodological and practical approaches to the formation of ISM based on information systems and technologies. Particular attention is paid to the architectural approach to the design and development of standardized enterprise management systems, taking into account the level of maturity of its information technology support, as the basis of a resilience approach to business management in the conditions of turbulence of the internal and external environment of the enterprise.
