Abstract
The article considers the main theoretical aspects of the study of the socio-economic development of the region, taking into account the influence of labor resources, determines the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the state of regional labor resources, depending on various factors. Considered the state and prospects of development of the socio-economic system of the region taking into account the influence of labor resources on the example of Perm region, for this preliminary study of factors contributing to the development and characterizing the social and economic situation of the region. The analysis of the socio-economic potential of the region is made, based on the key trends that determine its state and development prospects. The analysis of the state of the socio-economic system of the region allows us to predict the necessary trends that are most likely in the short and long term and, accordingly, will determine the prospects for its development.
