These results confirmed that it is important to improve job performance by improving career counselor's self-reflection, intrinsic job satisfaction, and expertise in order to reduce the influence of maladjustment factors. It was confirmed that career counselors with maladjustment factors had a great influence on the performance of career counseling in terms of self-reflection and recognition of professionalism.
