Abstract

In this study, a 16-week exercise program was conducted for 19-29-year-old women with scoliosis deformity, and it was found to have a positive effect on the subject"s body composition, body alignment and balance ability. Until now, spinal disease has been considered a geriatric disease, but as the age of onset continues to decrease, it is considered that various studies are needed for the prevention and improvement of spinal diseases. However, in this study, the amount of physical activity and exercise were not restricted in the non-exercise group, and the diet and the cervical spine angle were not considered in the exercise group and the non-exercise group. Therefore, it is considered that it is necessary to develop and distribute an exercise program that considers all of the above factors through follow-up studies.
