Abstract
The article raises the issue of the problems of employment of graduates after graduation. Based on the analysis of data from the Angarsk Industrial College on employment, the problem of a high level of unemployed graduates is raised, its causes are analyzed. Based on the comparison of the number of potential applicants for jobs from among graduates of secondary educational institutions with the need of enterprises for personnel, the analysis of the state of the labor market in Angarsk was carried out, its problems were identified. As additional opportunities to provide jobs for graduates of secondary vocational institutions, the author proposes to expand the potential of educational institutions in providing opportunities for higher and additional vocational education in specialties in demand by the market
