Abstract

Linguodidactic features of teaching foreign languages are an endless source for re-search. This work highlights the results of the European Lingua project on the assessment of communicative activities in the process of teaching foreign languages in non-linguistic uni-versity, which was initiated and implemented by Belgian methodologists in five European institutions of higher education and which very clearly shows the advantages of internation-al cooperation in solving upcoming challenges in the development and teaching foreign languages. Primarily, it is a matter of German, about its possible aspects as a foreign lan-guage.
