Abstract

The article is based on the documents from the funds of the Central State Archive of the Samara oblast and the Centralized Library System of the Privolzhsky municipal district, and is devoted to the history of one of the last pre-revolutionary churches of the Samara diocese, built in the name of St. Demetrius of Thessaloniki by architects S.U. Solovyov and I.V. Rylsky in 1910-1917 in the estate of S.D. Samarin in the village of Vasilyevskoye, Samara uyezd (now the village of Privolzhje, Samara oblast).
