Abstract

Introduction. The latest trends in society require the development of education and training of future professionals in physical culture and sports (FC&S) on the basis of information technology, the creation and operation of a proper high-tech and high-quality infor- mation and educational environment. Its importance has been growing recently and qualitatively influences the process of formation and development of information and digital culture of future specialists of FC&S. The purpose of the article. We consider it necessary to focus on the current state of the system of professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports and the problem of forming their information and digital culture in a blended learning environment. Methods. Theoretical methods: systematic analysis of scientific, psychological and pedagogical, methodological literature; generalization and systematization of theoreti- cal information on professional training of future special- ists in physical culture and sports and the development of their information and digital culture. Empirical methods: questionnaires and surveys of 216 students and 22 teachers who train specialists in the field of FC&S. Results. The analysis of the results of the survey con- ducted among teachers revealed that all respondents use IT in their practical activities in the form of presentations and demonstration materials and consider the use of IT in the training of future specialists FK&S today a necessity. More than two thirds of respondents believe that this process is effective and ready for its implementation. But at the same time, despite the presence of various IT in the vocational education market of Ukraine, most electronic content teachers take from Internet sources. Most of the respondents have improved their skills in the implementa- tion of IT in practice, they consider it necessary to improve their skills in the implementation of IT in the training process. Originality. Accordingly, we believe that the process of formation of information and digital culture of future spe- cialists FK&S in the context of blended learning involves improving the content (modernization of courses in com- puter science; modernization of distance courses to pro- fessional disciplines, elective disciplines; development and implementation of special courses "IT in physical culture and health»), tools (technical resources; Internet resources; communication programs; learning manage- ment systems; open educational resources; augmented reality technologies; digital health technologies) of teach- ing and forms (lectures-visualizations; videoconferences; chats) of students' educational activity. Conclusions. In the process of forming the information and digital culture of future specialists FK&S in the pro- cess of their professional training should actively use IT which involves the development and use of educational resources, allows students to feel the subject of educa- tional process, see the benefits of using IT in professional activities and identify their own ways of self-development in a professional direction
