Abstract

The object of the article is photo portals in the system of Internet resources. The subject of the article is the influence of event photo portals on the formation of the user culture of Internet content placement in Russia. The purpose of the project: to consider the problems of modern Internet content in connection with the accessibility of creating and posting photos; to analyze the emergence, development and transformation of photo portals in accordance with the changing reality. Methodology of the work: scientific publications of Russian experts in the field of Internet research and rating data from open sources were used as materials; the study was carried out in line with an integrated approach, based on the principle of consistency, methods were used: analysis, synthesis, generalization and integration of data. Results of the work: the need to obtain high-quality free photo content today is provided by photo portals; the specifics of Internet communication generates a dichotomy of the virtual identity of the user and the real person; having access to the Internet and owning a digital gadget makes it elementary to publish a chronicle of your life, which creates a certain aesthetic, and often generates various types of cyber aggression. Scope of the results: the results of the study can be used as an information basis for improving the user culture of Internet resources and for further development of the theory of photography. Conclusion: the appearance of photo portals influenced the formation of the user culture of posting personal Internet content in Russia.
