Abstract

The purpose of this article is to update the most important parameters that must be taken into account when developing a business strategy in the process of digital transformation of an enterprise in the context of Industry 4.0. The importance of scalability and adaptability of the development strategy, the possibility of flexible data management and the use of digital technologies for these purposes was emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the priority of cooperation and partnership with other market participants. Particular importance is given to innovation and the culture of innovation as a factor to ensure that the staff of the organization is ready for them. Attention is focused on cybersecurity methods of its provision. A number of key requirements for the formation of a business strategy of an enterprise in the context of digital transformation of an enterprise are considered.
