Abstract

The article considers the problem of small business participation in state and municipal procurement. Despite all the socio-economic importance, small business is not very actively involved in public procurement, although the state has recently created quite good conditions for this activity. In their work, the authors analyze the reasons why small businesses do not want to participate in the system of state and municipal procurement. In addition, based on the analysis, the authors make proposals that can help solving the problems of attracting small businesses to the public procurement system.
