Abstract
إن جائحة كورونا لها تداعيات على الالتزامات المدنية في العقود وما يتخطاها من التزامات، وكذلك على الالتزامات الإجرائية وما يتضمنها من مواعيد جلسات المحاكم والطعن على الأحكام وغيرها. ومن خلال دراسة نظريتي الظروف الطارئة والقوة القاهرة، تبين أن حادث فيروس كورونا المستجد "كوفيد 19" ضمن حوادث نظرية الظروف الطارئة طبقا لما أوردناه في البحث وليس ضمن حوادث وحالات القوة القاهرة. وأعقبت هذا البحث بخاتمة اشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات والمراجع.
